Success in sales depends on many factors, but the main one is effective communication skills. Communication is vital in building strong relationships with your clients, making successful cold calls, negotiating effectively, closing the deal, and developing trust. You need good communication to build that know-like-trust factor that leads to sales and repeat sales. Whether you're in network marketing, in-person sales, or online sales, you cannot be successful without it.
During our online strategy session, I will help you develop the communication skills necessary for successful sales relationships. I'll teach you exactly how to turn prospects into friends for whom you solve problems (because that's really what "sales" is!). Spoiler alert: Selling is not about conning people into doing something they don't want to do! In addition to communication skills, I'll help you navigate your current real-life sales challenges.
This is not the sales training you're used to hearing about. I don't teach slimy sales techniques. I don't teach pressure sales. I don't teach spamming. I don't teach "But wait, there's more!" tactics. There is no need for any of that, and it's not effective anyway. What I do teach is relationship skills that you can feel good about. I teach you Golden Rule skills. I teach you to sell in a respectful way because that's what I've done to be successful in sales for over twenty years. You'll make sales and feel good about yourself!

Ryan Sharpe is a Sales Engineer, Communication Consultant, Speaker, and Co-Owner of He says, She says. He is also Co-Host of the Speaking with Ryan & Carrie Sharpe podcast. Ryan earned his degree in Criminal Justice and Loss Prevention from Lake Superior State University. He has been a successful Sales Engineer for over twenty years, and he coaches other sales professionals to enhance their communication and sales skills. Having won two national championships in hockey (one at the Junior-A level and one at the NCAA Division I level), Ryan shares what he learned from those experiences on stages across the United States and Canada. Ryan lives in northern Michigan with his wife, Carrie, and their five children.
